Our Private Water
Trophy Trout Fishing
Wade trips are run September through June on two miles of private trout water that runs through our 120 acre property in Carroll County, Va. We stock this private stream throughout the guide season with trophy-sized (2-5 lbs.) rainbow trout. Holdover fish are also prevalent and other wildlife is abundant. To target these bruisers, we recommend 5/6 wt. rods with floating lines and a 9′ leader (3x). No trout license required.
